Embedded Value (EV)

We calculate the embedded value of Dai-ichi Life Group based on the net assets on the economic value-based balance sheet in line with the measurement method of Economic Value-based Solvency Regulation introduced at the end of fiscal year 2025 (hereinafter “New Standard EV”), appropriately modified to align with the perspective of measuring the value attributable to shareholders.
